Delivery and Returns Policy

At Snack Packs (operated by Tamstar Ltd), we’re committed to delivering high quality, healthy snack boxes with reliable service and transparent policies. Please review the following terms regarding delivery, subscriptions, cancellations, refunds, and returns.

Delivery Information

  • Free Mainland UK Delivery: All snack boxes are delivered free of charge within Mainland UK.
  • Courier Service: Orders are shipped via a tracked UK courier (e.g. Evri, DPD subject to change). Most deliveries arrive within 3-5 working days, but delays may occur during peak times or due to external courier issues beyond our control.
  • Delivery Address Responsibility: Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and up to date. Snack Packs is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or redeliveries caused by incorrect address details.

Subscriptions

  • Monthly Rolling Plan: Subscriptions are billed automatically each month on the same calendar date as your original purchase (unless part of a fortnightly plan, which is billed every two weeks). You may cancel rolling plans any time via your account, provided it is at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
  • Fixed-Term Plans (e.g. 3- or 6-month): These subscriptions cannot be cancelled before the end of the agreed term. Early cancellation will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and at our discretion. If you believe this applies, please email us to discuss your situation.
  • Authorisation: By subscribing, you authorise Snack Packs to charge your credit/debit card for recurring payments until the end of your plan or until you cancel a rolling subscription.
  • Surprise Snacks: Each box contains a curated surprise selection. Contents are not disclosed in advance unless stated otherwise (e.g. limited edition boxes).
  • Non-transferable: Subscriptions are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or shared.

One Off Orders & Gifts

  • One off snack boxes and gift boxes are one time purchases and do not auto-renew.
  • All one off orders are final once confirmed.
  • If an item is out of stock, we may substitute it with a product of similar type, value, and dietary category.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing, delivery, and contact information at checkout or registration.
  • Keep your account details up to date, including payment methods.
  • Manage your own subscription and cancellations through your online account portal.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our snack products, we do not accept returns.

When Refunds May Apply

Refunds may be issued only in the following circumstances:

  • The box arrives damaged, faulty, or with incorrect items.

How to Request a Refund

  • Email contact@snack-packs.co.uk within 5 working days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, if applicable.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note: Snack Packs reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion. We do not offer refunds for customer change of mind, courier delays, or address errors outside our control.

Returns (If Authorised)

In rare cases where a return is approved:

  • You are responsible for return postage costs.
  • We recommend using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and keeping proof of posting.
  • We do not currently offer a pre-paid returns label or collection service.
  • Refunds cannot be processed without proof of return delivery.

Allergy Disclaimer

  • Ingredient and allergen information is provided on each product’s packaging.
  • Some items may contain or be processed in facilities that handle nuts, dairy, soy, gluten, sesame, or other allergens.
  • You are responsible for reading all product labels. If you are unsure about an item, do not consume it.
  • Snack Packs is not liable for allergic reactions or health outcomes related to the consumption of products provided.

Legal Disclaimer

Snack Packs is not liable for:

  • Delays outside our control (e.g. courier disruption, adverse weather, force majeure).
  • Items lost, melted, damaged, or stolen after dispatch.
  • Allergic reactions or misuse of the snacks provided.

All snack boxes are sold as is and may not be returned once opened or consumed. We do not offer product warranties beyond what is required under UK consumer law.
