Snack-Packs is a monthly subscription service. Every month we will deliver the box of snacks to the address provide at registration. The snacks included in every month boxes are a surprise and are not disclosed until the end of the month. The only snacks that will be disclosed will be in the limited edition boxes. Please note all price include VAT

Snack-Packs subscriptions are not transferable and cannot be sold or traded

Once you become a Snack-Pack member, and choose a payment option, you will receive a box each month with a variety of snacks.

When you purchase a subscription package you agree to pay the then current price applicable service fee listed on the website. We will automatically bill your credit/debit card 1^st of each month until you cancel your service. You hereby authorise us to bill your credit/debit card. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Only subscriptions will renew, not gifts designated as one-time purchases.

We make subscription renewals extremely simple. If you reach the end of your subscription term, your subscription will renew on the 20th of that month, unless otherwise cancelled within your account.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed

We ship your snack boxes via Hermes on a 3-5 day delivery service, but can sometimes take longer based on delays Hermes may experience on very busy periods. Boxes can only be delivered to the addresses within Mainland UK and to the address that was added at registration

Snack-Packs will not be liable for any delays in the delivery of boxes. All products purchased from Snack-Packs are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The danger of misfortune for such things is passed to you upon our conveyance  to the transporter. Snack-Packs is not held responsible for any lost, damaged, stolen, melted, or destroyed items that may occur during shipping process

Due to hygiene reasons and that the products are perishable the snack boxes are non-refundable. Please note all sales are final and refunds are only issued at our discretion in rare cases and in those cases refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Returns are your responsibility unfortunately we do not offer a pre-paid returns service therefore we recommend you return by Royal Mail recorded delivery. Please ensure that you have a proof of posting certificate from your post office. Without this, we cannot refund any money if we do not receive your parcel

We provide product ingredient lists on the website and in the leaflet provided with every monthly box. A portion of our snacks may contain allergens, for example but not restricted to egg, nuts, soy, wheat, lactose and so on. Please read all ingredients and on the off chance that you are uncertain of any allergens in any products DO NOT EAT THAT PRODUCT
