These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, vendors, affiliates, and content contributors. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not access the site or use any services.

1. General Terms of Use

• Snack Packs is operated by Tamstar Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
• We may modify or discontinue the website (or any part of it) without notice.
• These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.
• All account details you provide are accurate and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activity under your account.

3. Purchases: Subscription & One Off Orders

Subscriptions

• By subscribing to Snack Packs, you agree to pay the recurring monthly fee as outlined during checkout.
• Each monthly snack box contains a curated surprise selection. You will not be informed of the contents in advance, unless stated (e.g., limited editions).
• Subscriptions are non-refundable and non-cancellable during the agreed term, except for the monthly rolling plan, which can be cancelled at any time prior to the next billing date.
• Early cancellation of fixed term plans (e.g., 3-month or 6-month subscriptions) is not permitted unless in exceptional circumstances, at our discretion. You must email us to discuss.

One Off Orders

• One off snack boxes are single purchases and not tied to a subscription.
• Contents are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we may substitute with an item of similar type, value, and dietary category (e.g., gluten-free, vegan).
• All sales are final once confirmed.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
• You will be automatically charged on the same calendar date each month, unless you are on a fortnightly subscription plan, in which case billing occurs every two weeks from the original sign up date.
• We reserve the right to adjust prices and delivery charges. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 14 days in advance of any price change and may cancel (rolling plans only) before the next billing date to avoid new charges.
• We may refuse or limit orders at our discretion, including those that appear to be placed by resellers.

5. Delivery

• We deliver within Mainland UK only.
• Subscription boxes are dispatched monthly to the delivery address provided at registration.
• Snack Packs is not liable for delays caused by couriers or external events.
• Risk of loss passes to you once we hand the goods to the courier.
• Please ensure your delivery details are accurate and up to date. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns unless the goods are damaged, faulty, or incorrectly dispatched.
• Refunds are at our discretion and issued only in exceptional cases.
• To raise an issue, contact us at contact@snack-packs.co.uk within 5 working days of delivery. Include your order number and photographic evidence if relevant.

7. Allergy Disclaimer

• All ingredient and allergen information is provided directly on each product’s packaging
• Some snacks may contain or be produced in facilities that handle common allergens such as nuts, dairy, soy, gluten, wheat, or sesame.
• It is your responsibility to read all product labels before consumption. If you are unsure, do not consume the product. Snack Packs is not liable for allergic reactions or health outcomes related to the consumption of products provided.

8. Website Use & Intellectual Property

• All content on the Snack Packs website is the property of Tamstar Ltd or its content suppliers.
• You may not use our site or its contents for any illegal, abusive, or unauthorised purpose.
• You must not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or sell any content without written permission.

9. Third-Party Links and Tools

• We may provide access to tools or links from third-party services. Use of these tools is at your own risk and discretion.
• We are not liable for any issues or damages arising from the use of third-party tools or websites linked to our service.

10. User Submissions

• Any comments, feedback, suggestions, or other content submitted to us becomes our property, and we may use, publish, or distribute such content without restriction.
• You must not submit unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or misleading content.
• We are not obligated to respond to or publish any submitted content.

• Snack Packs is not responsible for missed deliveries due to outdated or incorrect user information.

• Snack Packs is not liable for:

  • Any damages related to misuse, allergic reactions, or improper storage of products;
  • Delays, interruptions, or errors in service.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tamstar Ltd, its directors, staff, suppliers, and affiliates from any claim or demand made by a third party due to your breach of these Terms or violation of law or rights of a third party.

14. Severability

If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will remain in effect.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the website or service if you breach these Terms. You will remain liable for all payments up to and including the date of termination.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
